Re: How to keep glans engorged?
I would try this intravenous gel that my doctor recommended me. You put it in the tip and insert it into your urethra 20 minutes before sex and the head of your dick gets so engorged and it last for about an hour and the sensitivity is amazing I would totally recommend it to anybody I have a refrig...

Re: Implant + TEP procedure Journal - 34yr old Australian
Hey mate I feel for you. Sounds like youve been through alot and it pisses me off when I hear when doctors down play the problems you are having. I spoke to the surgeon that performed your implant but decided that a trip to Melbourne from Sydney could lead to more complications that what its worth. ...

Re: Implant + TEP procedure Journal - 34yr old Australian

I once again would like to re-iterate for anyone out there in Australia. When I saw a urologist from my state yesterday, he made it clear to me that this would be our last appointment. Despite the fact that he was a high volume implant surgeon, who also specializes in TEP. He told me...

Re: Trimix Gel -- New Approach
Raband— glad it helped! One thing I tried last time was to pull the plunger on the injector way back before inserting the gel into it. The air behind the gel serves to give it a stronger push into the urethra getting it further down so you have even less spillage out the top, although last time I s...

Re: Trimix Gel -- New Approach
Crazyjoe thank you for the tip.
I was also struggling trying to get it in slowly and then I tried your method and it made the world of difference.
I still get a bit ooze out but I rub that around the head and I get excellent results.

Re: Good surgeon in Sydney
Hey Dreyen
I did alot of research and its very hard to find a high volume surgeon in Sydney.
I ended up going with Professor Stricker at St Vincents. He was very good. I have no problems with my implant.
Happy to answer any questions you might have.

Re: Should I be excited or scared?
Hey Raycaba thank you for sharing your journey which I read with great interest. I am new to the group and just starting my research now trying to find the right surgeon and trying to choose between the titan and the AMSLGX. You mentioned quite a few times that your flacid is like a semi chub and di...
