If I’m completely deflated and then some I get that as well. If I inflate a bit it’s just like it used to be.

I have the exact same issue. I think it’s because the implant now fills the area that was tissue that the sensation of peeing is reduced and if you search this board you’ll find I asked the exact same question. 5.5 weeks out...when I pee I notice that it feels like there is less pressure than before...
