Re: Possible Pump failure or leak only 2 months after surgery
Thanks for the reply guys. I have a Titan OTR 20+1RTE I can add one more detail to the description of the problem that i've noticed today while inflating: after about 20 pumps the reservoir seems to be empty. The shaft is very hard and i can arely bend it. So i'm near full inflation or fully inflat...

Re: Possible Pump failure or leak only 2 months after surgery
I had and have some trouble with my AMS LGX pump and inflation. I had some luck in contacting a Rep with AMS that gave me a fix that was not listed in my AMS owners DVD. I would check with Coloplast and get a record of your issues with them and see if they can help you. Often they can help where yo...

Possible Pump failure or leak only 2 months after surgery
I'm 2 months post-op. When i pump and i'm near full inflation the pump runs out of fluid. Then, when i try to give it more squeezes the pumps gets soft instead of hard. I feel the fluid moving but it doesn't go the cylinders. Then i try to squeeze again and the pump gets harder to squeeze with no fl...

Bad day. Bruised after cycling
I'm only less than month post-op. I've been Cycling in the previous days, i was getting back to my life and the pain was diminishing. Today after Cycling i got a bit bruised at the lowest part of my shaft and i panicked because of it. I wrote to my surgeon but haven't gotten any reply yet. The bruis...

Re: I don't stand full inflation 2 weeks post-op
Hi everyone guys. 17 days post-op, 2nd day of cycling. I cycle twice a day, 10 minutes. I squeeze the pump till the point of bereable pain, hang in there, add 2-3 pumps on occasion and then deflate. The point is that i reach a 70-75 inflation, maybe 80 at the maximum. Then i have to give up because...

Re: I don't stand full inflation 2 weeks post-op
I’m not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice—-simply observations and anecdotal info gleaned from other bionic guys. Your body is the best judge of how much to pump and how long to go. A little stretching discomfort is good. Severe pain is not. If you listen to your doctor and your body you aren’...
