Re: Gym rats and IPP
I lift weights and run on a weekly basis. I have tight abs and I do feel the reservoir if I pay attention to it but I easily ignore it. I also do nauli kriya regularly (yoga abdominal exercise, just check it out) which makes the reservoir pretty apparent and no problem at all

Re: The journey of a young Frenchy into ED and insanity
Hello brothers, I would like to share the evolution with you at month 6. [ Shape evolution ] I am slightly longer than preop (~18 cm) and way larger. I do not know how long I was pre peyronie but what I currently have is really good. The titan pushed the scars outside. I can still see some indentati...

Re: Any got implanted in France / is from France?
I paid out of my pocket because I couldn't stand staying with Peyronie's after a year and a half of of unsuccessful treatment. Retrospectively, I regret that I didn't get it in France because I had some complications. Yeah, happy. Painful tips lately: I should be more careful and deflate it complete...

Re: Any got implanted in France / is from France?
You could have a look at Morel Journel (Lyon). He is a high volume implanter but he works at Lyon sud (public hospital) so the time you need to get an appointment might be long

Re: Did you have pelvic floor/perineum pain post implant?
I did. Some discharge left side after cycling during the first few months. I noticed that it was better when I stand so I took the habit to walk for the last 10 minutes of my session. I also massaged my perineum I have a history of pudendal nerve entrapment (had an infiltration in 2018) and ano-rect...

Re: Implant broke plaque mid cycling?
I recognize myself in this description. I have two defects on the left corpora cavernum: a distal and a proximal. For months of cycling, I haven't felt any pressure in the glans (even up to 1h). After more recent aggressive sessions (too aggressive?) I managed to push the proximal scar more out but ...

Re: Is erosion with 3-piece even a concern?
Yes it is. This is a common misconception that inflatable implant do not erode. It is less frequent but can still append (read quite a lot of paper on the subject). You won't find any on FT because this is a late complication. That being said, two points you should consider. Erosion typically occurs ...

Re: Pelvic floor dysfunction
I suffered from a similar condition for years (constipation, difficulties to urinate, painful ejaculations). I was a cyclist who did at least 200km/w. There is 3 paths you should explore. 1. Is there any condition causing these spasms? I my case, grade 2 internal hemorrhoids. Once I started to get t...

Re: Are there any benefits (or dangers) to leaving the implant partially inflated
The main risk appears to be extrusion https://youtu.be/QtwWpQNzBMg?si=vBriDHVx_ljEhA0F For the first few months after my implantation, I keep some % of inflation to sleep. Now that I am experiencing tips pain in my glans, I keep it completely deflated, hopping for things to improve. Retrospectively,...
