I'm 3 weeks out with an AMS 700, and just started cycling yesterday, due to lots of swelling and a really tight scrotum. Dr Knoll left it partially inflated after the procedure. I can pump it up a bit, and hit the button to deflate, but it only seems to deflate down to about where it was originally...
