Re: The difficult choice of implant before surgery. CX or Titan
Despite popular opinions. I believe that your tunica determines your final girth. Not the cylinder sizes. My results supports my belief. As I've studied things. The tunica is really strong. It isn't easy to stretch it. So if by chance it shrinks? I think you'll lose girth. This is supported by I th...

Re: The difficult choice of implant before surgery. CX or Titan
Choosing between Titan and CX is always hard, especially if your doctor says that both will work with you, and it is your preference. My surgeon said that both Titan and CX would fit me and recommended Titan, but I informed him that I prefer to have a CX for its flaccid state. I believe you are in a...

Re: Implant is the best thing I’ve ever done.
I also had mine at KP, Northern Virginia. If you are not sure about the surgeon who is going to perform the implant surgery, do not do it at Kaiser. If you have other insurance options, you can go for one, but make sure they cover the implant. Kaiser cover the implant without any delays, but you ma...

Re: Implant is the best thing I’ve ever done.
Letoman bro, I'm getting Kaiser insurance from workplace and very worried that there is not even one center of excellence surgeon in Kaiser. How did you choose a high volume surgeon in Kaiser who made your implant work like a top. Love your stories! I also had mine at KP, Northern Virginia. If you ...

Re: Tenacio pump lifetime claim by BSC
I agree with you GT. The average of twice a week gets it at around 1000 uses in ten years. Cycling once or twice a day for the first 6 months after implant isn't mentioned here. It is the surgeons' recommendation. I guess it is like someone is shipping you an item and telling you it is going to arri...

Re: moving from titan to ams cx
on Tuesday I will do my revision from titan to ams cx, according to your experience, even those who directly put a cx, without any revision, in your opinion, I should expect a loss of girth/length, I should expect a much lower stiffness, an angle better/worse, I should expect more ovality or more f...

Re: Kaiser as insurance
I had my IPP at Kaiser Mid-Atlantic, but I already knew about the surgeon who was going to do the surgery. My plan was limited to Kaiser's doctors only. Maybe there are other plans with Kaiser that allow you to get treatment outside network. My implant went well with Dr. Li, not sure if he is still ...

Re: loose tubing after a great bang
Sorry to see the issue you are having. I didn't hear about such an issue before, but I think it is not a good idea to stop cycling. If the tubing is disconnected, then it is what it is. You cannot change it. I hope this didn't happen. If it is still intact and you stop cycling, you may run into othe...

Re: moving from titan to ams cx
I just got back, I did 1200 km in less than 30 hours, I lost 5 days of paid hotel accommodation, fortunately he refunded me the 4 nights I had booked later, FAILED REVIEW CAUSES: damn testosterone, I have been on testosterone therapy since January 2020 for ED, it made the pills work a little better...

Re: Constant feeling like I need to pee
After more than 3 and a half years of being implanted, I still have this urgency. About every 2-3 hours during the day, I feel like I want to pee, then there is nothing but a few drops. I don't feel the same if I am outside for long hours or at night when sleeping. Mostly because I am not focusing ...
