New pain occurs on DEFLATION after 10 months
Hi Gang, First an update: It took a while to get things loosened up, but my AMS700 installed in July has been working well, and getting a lot of use. I'm still a full inch shorter than before my surgery, and 2 inches shorter than my pre-prostate cancer length, but it works everytime, and I'd do it a...

Re: No more inflation after ther first few pumps on the AMS 700
Yes, I feel it "click in", and I do pump successfully a few times, and I see and feel the effect. But then it seems that the valve is bypassing somehow and just does not increase the pressure in the tubes any more.

Re: No more inflation after ther first few pumps on the AMS 700
Thanks for the response. Has anyone else found themselves pumping an AMS 700, feeling the ball clearly fill then compress, yet seeing and feeling no effect after the first several pumps? It's like it's gone into overpressure protection mode, but I can't imagine that I've maxed it out. Thoughts?

No more inflation after ther first few pumps on the AMS 700
Hey Gang, 4 weeks in, and I have been pumping for 10 days. After 6-8 pumps I'm not getting any additional inflation. The pump gets very hard, and if I REALLY bear down I can squeeze it, and then it's easier, but nothing is happening. 15-20 pumps with 5 seconds between, and still no change. The cylin...

Re: I can't seem to get this thing to fully deflate!
Yes, I can feel the sensation of the valve opening, and it deflates to it's previous level, but the cylinders are still very firm. Your suggestion about the reserve tank capacity being restricted by scar tissue sounds plausible...

I can't seem to get this thing to fully deflate!
I'm 3 weeks out with an AMS 700, and just started cycling yesterday, due to lots of swelling and a really tight scrotum. Dr Knoll left it partially inflated after the procedure. I can pump it up a bit, and hit the button to deflate, but it only seems to deflate down to about where it was originally....
