If I recall the post correctly; Dr. Hakky does the horizontal with a short incision.

I am interested as I think the penoscrotal would be best for me. A recent post seemed to suggest as much.
Also; as I understand it, he does both the Coloplast and the Boston.

So; I have no medical knowledge, this is pure speculation. Looking at diagrams of the scrotum online; there appear to be 3 nerves in the spermatic cord. If an acute angle is created in the spermatic cord during the pump install; is it possible to pinch a nerve, thus causing orgasum/ejackulation issu...

So; with PD, I may be a candidate for a CRX. If the CRX is 14.5/5.75 in girth; how is that there is a
risk of loosing girth if you are <= 14.5/5.75. I read somewhere there is risk of reduced length and girth.

Maybe it's me but it is my impression that Boston implanters use more RTE's than Coloplast implanters. With the Boston implanters; it seems RTE+3 is relatively common vs. Coclopast implanters. The record for the Boston that I can recall is RTE+5. I don't seem to notice as much RTE usage with Colopla...
