Re: Does Dr. Hakky do the penoscrotal now ?
If I recall the post correctly; Dr. Hakky does the horizontal with a short incision.

Does Dr. Hakky do the penoscrotal now ?
I am interested as I think the penoscrotal would be best for me. A recent post seemed to suggest as much.
Also; as I understand it, he does both the Coloplast and the Boston.

Re: Day 1 after Surgery - Freaking Out!
BH47,
Also; if you don't mind me asking, with the 21+1, where you were at length wise before the procedure.
As I am thinking the CX would be best for me as well; at 6.5, I may end up (so to speak) with a 21.
Thanks

Re: Day 1 after Surgery - Freaking Out!
BH47,
Thanks for your input. As I will be coming from OR and traveling alone; I might just spend the night in the hospital.

Re: Day 1 after Surgery - Freaking Out!
Ballhog,
I have an appointment with Patel next month. I was wondering; did the procedure take place
in the hospital or surgery center ? Did you say over night ? Also; did Patel do the surgery, one
of the interns or both ?
Thanks

Re: 2025 Update 15 Weeks Post
So; I have no medical knowledge, this is pure speculation. Looking at diagrams of the scrotum online; there appear to be 3 nerves in the spermatic cord. If an acute angle is created in the spermatic cord during the pump install; is it possible to pinch a nerve, thus causing orgasum/ejackulation issu...

Re: Anyone got a CXR AMS?
So; with PD, I may be a candidate for a CRX. If the CRX is 14.5/5.75 in girth; how is that there is a
risk of loosing girth if you are <= 14.5/5.75. I read somewhere there is risk of reduced length and girth.
Has anyone with a CRX have any feedback on this ?

Re: Botox for ED ?
Thanks. Any negative effects ? It was on my to do list today to call an implant surgeons office when I happened on
this Botox approach. So; Botox is a interesting option, but I am wondering about the risk. Also; where did you get
Botox ?
Thanks

Botox for ED ?
I know. Something about it. However; trials in Europe apparently suggest it works to some degree for most men. As I understand it; the trials were not that big. So; it's perhaps too early to say. My concern would be any negative effect on sensory nerves. Does anyone have any input or experience with...

Regarding RTE's/Boston vs. Coloplast/Surgen technique
Maybe it's me but it is my impression that Boston implanters use more RTE's than Coloplast implanters. With the Boston implanters; it seems RTE+3 is relatively common vs. Coclopast implanters. The record for the Boston that I can recall is RTE+5. I don't seem to notice as much RTE usage with Colopla...
