Re: Trimix & Delayed Ejaculation
Another interesting update. Went on week-long vacation with my girlfriend and I was really happy and surprised to see that all of my issues with ED and DE have vanished! No issues getting it up, keeping it up, and climaxing. Had sex 5 times during the week without any medical assistance (other than ...

Re: Trimix & Delayed Ejaculation
I'm back (I'm the OP) with an update. It's been an interesting couple of months and my experiences have varied. I switched over to Bimix and prefer it over Trimix as I don't get an aching erection. All good there. I'm able to ejaculate "normally" most of the time now when using Bimix, and ...

Re: My Penile Doppler Ultrasound Test
Confirmed the Bimix works much better for me. No pain nor ache like I would get with Trimix. Goodbye Trimix; not using you anymore.
Still dealing with some delayed ejaculation but at least not caused by aching penis.

Re: Trimix & Delayed Ejaculation
I just thought about an obvious solution or strategy that I should try next time. Once the clothes come off, I'm raring to get the action started and usually get straight to PIV sex. I'm realizing that I'm not giving myself enough time and foreplay to really get super excited prior to PIV. Would hav...

Re: Trimix & Delayed Ejaculation
lol definitely not 18 with a 20-minute refractory period, but I know I could have brought myself to orgasm via masturbation before she arrived... I know this because I edged for a few minutes prior to her arrival to verify I'd be able to cum. But nope -- no dice with her. This is what's making me cr...

Re: Trimix & Delayed Ejaculation
OK I'm starting to go bat-sh*t crazy now because I experienced yet another episode of delayed ejaculation with my super hot girlfriend. Some updates: - In case porn / masturbation is an issue; I've abstained from both for a week. I don't actually miss the porn; quitting that has been a non-issue - I...

Re: Trimix & Delayed Ejaculation
I'm back... Got some BiMix from my urologist (30mg Papaverine / 4mg Phentolamine per mL). He told me to start with 20 units. Note that 10 units Trimix is my maximum dosage which is pretty intense. I was having trouble maintaining my erection through sex -- but I know I was distracted because I had a...

Re: Recommended Bimix starting dosage?
Never mind.
Doctor recommended starting with 20 units and titrating via increasing by 10 as needed.

Recommended Bimix starting dosage?
Hi - I've been successfully using Trimix and have decided to try Bimix given I've experienced the penile ache that comes from the Alprostadil in the Trimix. Hoping I won't have to deal with that with the Bimix. Trimix also sometimes makes it difficult for me to ejaculate, I think from the ache - and...

Re: Trimix & Delayed Ejaculation
The ache you get is likely from the alprostadil (PGE1) component of the mix. Many guys get it initially, but it's not universal. With some it never resolves. With many, myself included, it goes away with continued use. I no longer experience the alprostadil ache. The anorgasmia, I don't know. There...
