I had 20mcg alprostadil injected for a doppler ultrasound, got about 70% hard
Next step is to be taught how to self inject then they will let me titrate up to 40mcg alongside 10mg taladafil to see if I can get 100%

Re: Has anyone opted for an implant without FULL erectile dysfunction?
What would rather ? Be known as the guy who can’t get it up or the guy who had a bad skiiing accident and didn’t have proper blood flow to the penis so you corrected a problem. I guess I’d rather go with the latter. Best of luck. Hope this helps. Your question perfectly captures our dilemma Frankli...

Re: Heavy weightlifting/mma etc
Thanks guys, think I'll give MMA a miss, tbh it's just a hobby anyway and much prefer my weight lifting Yeah I was thinking on movements where you are pressed to bench like lying hamstring curls would be an issue also things like leg press where it creates alot of pressure in groin/balls I can imagi...

Re: Tissue removal
I don't think any of the drs actually remove it. A tool is pushed thru it to make a passage that the cylinders are pulled thru. The cylinders during inflation expand to occupy the penis. So all tissue is there. So in theory all implants should increase girth? Absolutely not. The tunica will limit t...

Re: Heavy weightlifting/mma etc
Best to bring those questions to your doctor/surgeon. I do know that the first few weeks no heavy lifting is almost every doc's precaution. Start slow and build up. Doing MMA is something I'd give up if it was me. One wrong kick, ouch. When I was healing about the 5th or 6th week my grandson accide...

Heavy weightlifting/mma etc
Hi all Does anyone have experience with heavy weight lifting/mma or high impact sports after implant surgery? I used to be a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter (not anymore but still lift heavy- Squat 200kg plus etc and now do some mma) Obviously for the first 3-6 months I would take it easy an...

Re: Considering implant despite being able to get erections... need advice.
I did not have full ED, but decided to go for an implant. The positive: Erection on demand: allways guaranteed and absolutely phenomenal, like a steel rod, if at 100%. Penis size maintained, no shrinkage The negative: The pleasurable effect reduced compared to pre-op, there's still some residual pa...

Re: Has anyone opted for an implant without FULL erectile dysfunction?
I implanted without full ED. The positive: Guaranteed bullet proof erection of enormous power. Performance anxiety is no longer factor of sexual life. The negative: Flacid shape is ruined, you do not want your woman to see you unpumped, at least in my particular case. You won't be able to conceal t...

Re: How obvious is it?/response from others
Thanks, if I have to go down the implant route I will push for the AMS, I do lots of sport and was previously a competitive bodybuilder so still go gym 5-6x a week so didn't want it to be too obvious like walking around with a semi etc
