Re: unable to cum with trimix

My experience.
I was rendered with ED after prostate surgery, and started with Trimix, and now Bimix.
For whatever reason, I cannot orgasm in missionary position, but I certainly can with doggystyle. So that’s how my wife and I deal with it. It’s not so bad. :D
Maybe try different positions?

Re: Postrate surgery

I’m in my late 60’s. I had RRP two years ago. Nerves taken on one side. I started kegals months before surgery. I experienced some minor incontinence, and still occasionally do. It is not, and never has been, significant. My understanding is that a very small percentage of RPP patients will experien...

Re: Suddenly three superbimix misses

My understanding is that bimix should be used for 28 - 30 days. I renew my med every month. Yes, too old, and it will lose its effectiveness, and become an infection risk. I always pump up slightly with the VED before injecting. Also, after you have placed the needle, you can try aspirating slightly...

Re: What size/gauge of needles are you having success with?

I first plump up slightly with a VED, then I use a 30 gauge 5/16 needle. Sometimes I feel some pain, and sometimes I do not. I rarely have a failure.

Re: injecting on non-dominant hand side, dosage, autoinject questions

I do find it awkward to inject my non dominant side, and that is why I always insert the needle, and then my wife presses the plunger. It is a team effort, a sort of foreplay, if you will. :D

Re: Low Dose Cialis and Trimix

My two cents: Using cialis and injections simultaneously is playing with fire. The urology staff where I go have told me of episodes where clients have taken both at or near the same time, and ended up in emergency situations. I would just be patient, and try my best to find the correct dosage of dr...

Re: I just can't get the Trimix dosage right.

Hey. All good answers. I would like to add that maybe when you cannot inject, the needle may not be in far enough. You could try going in deeper. I often have to do so. Also, if you can slightly pull back on the plunger, while holding the syringe in a steady position, blood may appear in the needle....

Re: First bimix injection success

I use bimix. It took a while to get to the right dosage, but it works just fine.

Re: Moving on...

I hate to see you blame yourself for your difficulties. You did what you thought was best at the time. Have you reached out to a mental health therapist? Such an individual can do wonders for your outlook. I understand that you must feel desperate. However, I would hate to see you take the suicide r...
