Not being sarcastic, but have you also explored a therapist? Unpacking what emotional baggage you might have? Libido (IMHO) is as much about the mental as it is the physical. Surely, I am an advocate for implants. Hell, I wish I'd had explored this in my 20's. Now that I have its been a game change...

You should not do this. You are too young and once you've done it you can't go back. Even a well done implant is not near as good as a natural erection I'm not sure that advice is for every younger man.
