Do you mind me asking about can you get help to cover the cost of it? Like insurances and all that You’re able to get the operation for free on the NHS if you reach the end of the treatments. Not being sarcastic, but have you also explored a therapist? Unpacking what emotional baggage you might have? Libido (IMHO) is as much about the mental as it is the physical. Surely, I am an advocate for implants. Hell, I wish I'd had explored this in my 20's. Now that I have its been a game change...

You should not do this. You are too young and once you've done it you can't go back. Even a well done implant is not near as good as a natural erection I'm not sure that advice is for every younger man.
