Re: Just plain good fun!
Not trying to hijack topic but dealing with loss of size (girth/length), major kinks in the implant tubes leading to a triangle like pumped state, high riding pump placement. Hope to resolve with use, massages etc. May need revision to get to your guys satisfaction level.

Re: Just plain good fun!
Not everyone has good surgical outcomes. I myself am struggling with the cyborg life and all the changes but glad you had a good outcome! Congrats!

Re: Pump placement question (NSFW)
My pump is extremely hard to pump - almost never feel like Im getting a full pump and it takes about 25 pumps to get anywhere. I see why some silly men take pliers to their sacs  that said Id prefer having my pump lower and hind my balls like you because its easier to hide and it doesn't rob me...

Pump placement question (NSFW)
Hey everyone just wanted to ask about your pump placement I had my implant done 4 weeks ago. 22cm+3cm extenders. When asked about having to pull down pump in scrotum surgeon states that he keeps his tubing very short and "ties/ secures" his pump so I don't have to pull it down. My problem ...

Re: Ved use and erosion
From all the research I've done erosion is a multifactorial problem of which oversizing the tubes is just one facet. Some urologists purposely oversize the tubes a tad to try and give you good results. Glans erosion appears to be more about pressure necrosis where you cause ischemia (low blood flow)...

Re: Apology/explanation + seeking advice
Yeah you need to see a high volume implant urologist. They will evaluate your anatomy - mine had to make special recommendations as I had a congenital issue I dealt with as well

Re: 35M recent implant experience
Thank you all for your responses and reassurance. The Rigicon infla 10AX is supposedly comparable to the AMS LGX in the sense that it can increase up to 20% in girth and length, unsure what its starting circumference is compared to the Coloplast but seems skinny. I'll update my status again soon.

Re: TO SITE ADMINISTRATORS
While I know its not quite what the OP is saying...I don't feel like a "go seek help anywhere but here" is the best stance. If people are deeply depressed and post it here its best to remind them that an implant is not going to fix their depression and they should seek psychological help A...

Re: 35M recent implant experience
You are way too soon out of surgery to know the eventual outcome. Give it time. Once you're cleared for inflation start cycling. That is inflating as full as you can for as long as you tolerate, up to 30 minutes or so, then deflate. Most guys do that two times a day for the first 6 months to regain...
