Is there any risk derma fillers injection causes leakage in implant

So i am planing to have 3 piece implant due to my drug resistant ed . Iam also willing to have some girth increase about .5 inches . So what do you think it is safe to have derma fillers before or after the 3 piece implant. Thanks
