Some research shows that issues with those levels of your spine can cause HF issues. It’s just research but there have been some cases where after the spine issues were addressed there have been some people who have improved. I have HF issues now I believe and I have bad L5 to S3. I basically had all of the symptoms, I made minor improvements to them prior by doing different pelvic floor exercises. The ones that helped the most were bicycle kicks, hindu squats, and glute bridges, combined with alternating reverse kegels and regular kegels. Mindfulness and focuses relaxations...
