Re: Implanted with Rigicon Malleable implant (Rigi10H) in India.
Hi, I am from India. I got my implant on 18 September 2023, i.e 3 weeks ago from a surgeon 10km away from my home. I went alone for surgery and returned alone without anyone's help. I feel the pain and burning sensation is heavy. Taking some narcotic pain killer , Ultracet whenever there is pain. N...

Re: Infection signs and symptoms
Anyone have any knowledge of additional symptoms of infection besides this?: "Increasing pain at the surgical site or over prosthetic parts, fever, cellulitis, fluctuance around parts of the device, or purulent drainage from the wound, especially after pressing on implant parts, are signs that...

Re: do malleables last longer?
I had not one but 2 AMS 700 pumps fail on me. Each within 18 months. Fed up. Does anyone (not from Boston Scientific) publish pump failures on this faulty implant? Thinking on getting a malleable if it's more reliable. Now retired, I have to self pay and malleable are half the price. If people don'...

Re: Thin Tunica and Pressure Atrophy over Time
I recently consulted with a highly-regarded, high-volume IPP specialist well-known to Franktalk and had an interesting discussion about an issue that does not seem to get much attention on this forum. There is a lot of focus on lifespan of the mechanical implant but not much attention paid to the p...

Re: What About SE Asia?
I’m in Thailand now. Though i had my surgery done in the USA, Thailand might be worth considering given your circumstances. Here’s a link to Bangkok hospital on the subject: https://bangkokpattayahospital.com/health-articles-urology-en/penile-implants-en/ Doing a quick google search, it appears the...

Re: Peyronies destroyed me, time for an implant?
Man some days I feel like vanishing. This sucks lol. If I could leave it alone and not think about it, I'd be ok until I can gather the funds or such to have surgery. But it's first thing on my mind when I wake up, like "is it still shrinking cause its not working"? "feel bumps insid...
