I have the same problem. So I inflate a bit to keep my penis vertical then wear tight, high waisted, no pouch, no fly, underwear. This seems to work well under tight or loose clothes.

I got a Coloplast Titan implant 8 weeks ago. It inflates fine and we started having intercourse at 4 weeks. However, I haven’t been able to have an orgasm yet. Everything feels different and not as sensitive. Using a vibrator is now painful because of interaction with the cylinders.
Any advice?

I’d be glad to talk with anyone in the Utah area about my experience getting an implant (Feb 2024, Dr. Kelli Gross). Remote show and tell also possible.
