I’ve tried resetting but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. I squeeze the block (end to end) really hard but nothing noticeable happens. What should I be looking for to know it’s been reset?

He said: it’s easier to do the penuma first and then the implant at least 3 months later.

IPP has to be penoscrotal to not mess with where the base of the penuma sits under the pubic bone
