Re: Seeking Tips/Advice for Implant Recovery
I'm scheduled for my implant on December 13th (yes, Friday the 13th), after two cancellations due to my doctor being on sick leave. I've been on this forum for almost two years and have seen a lot of discussion and advice. I'm trying to gather a list of tips and advice from men who have had the imp...

Re: Does Name Brand Surgeon Matter?
You risk significant size loss and worse at the hands of a surgeon who has little experience. Just my two sense worth Thanks for the responses from you and everyone else. I do get the importance of a good surgeon, which is why I'm doing a lot of thinking. To clear up something that a few people hav...

Re: Coloplast Titan Implant pump stuck
Hello, Just went through the same process. Problem was slow leak from titan touch. Surgeon said one of the tubes from the cylinder entering the pump was broken off. Noted that he's had a few patients which similar case, so he's switched back to recommending the classic pump for those wanting Colopl...

Re: Coloplast Titan Implant pump stuck
Hey! I didn't receive your PM. Regarding your questions, I was expecting the Titan to fail after 10 years, not in 4 years. So that's why I mentioned moving to LGX out of frustration because wilsonmill above went from Titan to LGX and is happy. I also haven't come across as many complains on this fo...

Re: Size difference
what implant do you have? my titan is also very oval in shape for both cylinders. Do you have any Peyronie's disease - indent, bend? All of my indent was improved with titan alone, but took incision of the scar to get the penis completely straight. I recently underwent a pump change due to broken tu...

Re: How Many Here Have had a Revision?
Did you lose length? I haven't been able to find any info on this perusing this board excepting Hrc714, who lost about 1.5 inches in spite of a larger implant. However, this might be an anomalous case. This is concerning for some of us younger guys who are looking to a future of multiple revisions....

Re: 5 years after implant get swollen testicle…
Swollen as in at least twice original size … not the implant(left) side but the right testicle is enlarged. Probably has nothing to do with the implant but just wondering if implant could leak fluid somehow (and yet it still works fine). Otherwise feel good. Can feel no lumps, no pain, feels soft l...

Re: What is or was your cycling with Perrito excercises routine?
I quite don't understand the perito exercises esp after the capsule has formed ( more than 3 months after surgery). How it bending the implant when inflated going to stretch it. Seems like it may just cause increased back-pressure on the valves in the pump and lead to pump valves failing? What makes...

Re: Broken Titan?
Wanted to post an update - I just ended up having to get the pump changed out which the doctor was able to do. Minimal recovery and back to using the implant within 2 weeks after surgery. There was a stitch that was somewhat painful but saw the doctor at 2 weeks and he ended up just removing it ear...
