Re: Day 52!
Ahh this point, I'd say 60/40 leaning in the positive. There are certainly things that could have been done better, but it's functional (I think). The negatives are the post-op care, cylinder placement and tubing placement. If I could do it all over with money not being an issue, I'd choose a differ...

Day 52!
Just a quick update. The VED is helping with vascularity if nothing else. I've noticed that when I'm all the way pumped to the max that I can stand, the head of my penis is engorged, but cold to the touch. I think the placement of my cylinder tips being so far into the head of my penis makes the par...

Re: Were our implants unnecessary? (New VL Procedure)
Wherever I read about it said it was new as if it was just recently approved. Approval usually takes years. And I would hope guys would read inside the post before worrying. The title is a question, not a statement. Still, if someone's anxiety is triggered by any of that, my apologies. VL surgery ha...

Re: Underwear recommendations with a lot of ball support and space for implant?
any brand suggestions that will help hide the post-op bulge better? Very tight compression underwear help some. Any brand. They just aren't comfortable to me. Separatec is great in my opinion. They do nothing to hide the bulge however. If you have a Titan, I'm sure it they wouldn't be acceptable. T...

Re: Were our implants unnecessary? (New VL Procedure)
Oh wow, thanks for your reply. I was indeed thinking that maybe I had gone nuclear too soon. I'm sorry you went through that. That's a lot of money. Thanks for sharing. Fellow guys that had/have venous leak, have y'all heard of this before? It's a surgical technique called venous leak emobilization....

Were our implants unnecessary? (TLDR: NO)
Fellow guys that had/have venous leak, have y'all heard of this before? It's a surgical technique called venous leak emobilization. Apparently, it has had a 93% success rate during a study and it's minimally invasive. Too late for me, but I don't even think I heard of it while doing all my research....

Re: Implanted 9/30 with Dr Karaman in Istanbul (pg 4 starts Day 1)
With the go ahead from a doctor, I've begun to incorporate the VED into my cycling routine. I inflate for 45 mins in the morning. At night, I pump to about 80% then VED for 15 mins. After that, I pump to the max I can take and hold that for 45 mins. The VED definitely allows the implant to be pumped...

Re: Implanted 9/30 with Dr Karaman in Istanbul (pg 4 starts Day 1)
I got these Separatec bamboo underwear now. I love them! The pouch is just barely the right size. I wish it had a bit more space. I don't like being bunched in or curled over like tighty whities. However, I find that they feel so good and hug so we'll, the glans cover really isn't needed. The Separa...

Re: Implanted 9/30 with Dr Karaman in Istanbul (pg 4 starts Day 1)
Yes, it's been a pleasant surprise for sure. I'd definitely recommend having an expandable implant, if possible. But if I hadn't gone overseas to get mine done, I would have probably gone with a Titan to regain the girth. I'm quite happy I went with the Infla 10AX. Thanks for the regular updates. Th...

Re: Underwear recommendations with a lot of ball support and space for implant?
Are those the bamboo version? I got a small because of my skinny legs but the penis pouch bends me too much. I'm about 5.5" flaccid. I don't like to be bent. FWIW, here's a pic of me in my Separatec shorts: https://i.imgur.com/hoQRuYz.jpg The size is large which is an in-between size for me. So...
