Re: Access to base of penis / implant
I'll use an illustration. illustration.png The area where the red arrow is - feels like a hard wall instead of something soft with just tubing. It feels as if my scrotum is now physically attached to my dick so now the lower part of dick cannot be accessed by my hand or during sex because it is inse...

Re: Access to base of penis / implant
Best way for me to ask it - Can you fit your hand or a few fingers under your penis between the pump and the base of your dick?

Access to base of penis / implant
Question for the community: On the underside of the base of the shaft of my penis after the implant I have no separation between my scrotum and the base of my penis. Is this normal? Its very firm from the base of the penis all the way to the pump. This makes sex difficult. I cannot place a finger be...

Re: REVISION COMPLETED! Wrath Post-op Journal
POD3: Drain removed without issue. Bandages removed and I'm surprised by lack of swelling. Device looks like it has 2-3 pumps in it but I'm not touching it. The tips beneath the glans is the the most painful site at this point. I'm off opioids and just taking tylenol. Had my first BM since surgery w...

Re: Implant Lessons Learned
I agree. All surgeons have to work with what they have in stock and patients need to advocate for minimal RTE use and ask what estimated device size will be. The truth is they dont know for sure until they measure in OR but it helps to ask in advance.

Re: Implant Lessons Learned
Yeah my issues were definitely surgeon based and not the device itself. I could have gotten surgery again covered by the Rigicon warranty but I decided to go with a different surgeon, Dr. Hakky - US based and that surgeon noted the diameter difference in the Titan that would better fit my anatomy. I...

Re: REVISION COMPLETED! Wrath Post-op Journal
Post Op Day 1 : Minimal pain! I'm up and walking about a bit but not going anywhere because the device is pumped up and fully bandaged. I'm pretty sure my lack of pain is because my surgeon, Dr. Hakky, used Exparel (a long acting lidocaine like substance) that numbs the surgical site for a few days....
