I dont have a leak, but a nerve damage... IMO there are two more or less independent from each other working nerves for nocturnal and normal erections. This explains why cialis is boosting my nocturnal erections so much - these nerves were obviously not damaged.

Well...yes, why not? When the nocturnal erections stay too long (2-3 hours) and the dont swell down till you stand up and pee, and your corpora cavernosa are hurting in the morning, thats too much of a good thing. My daily dose is 5 mg, and I add 15 mg (or 100 mg Viagra) when I know I have to perform. When I take 10 daily, nocturnal erections become too strong.

The rigicon inflatable is not FDA approved in the US yet but you can get it in other countries now But it doesn't make sense not to certify it in the USA... that's the main market for implants worldwide. My impression is that doctors in the USA are sometimes too quick to implant, whereas in Europe ...

Well, if only two companies are researching something, that's certainly not enough competition in terms of innovation. Materials technology should be capable of far better solutions these days.

The discussion here often seems to boil down to "AMS vs Coloplast". In my opinion, the lack of (greater) competition between manufacturers is one reason why the quality of the implants is not as high as the current state of the art would certainly allow. Is this a further development? http...
