I use one called Inject-ease.

It has been very helpful to me.

It injects the needle and then you push the plunger down with your thumb at a pace that suits you

Also as a follow-up to my earlier comment you may consider getting a auto injector called inject -ease.For me it makes injecting easier and more precise in putting the needle exactly where you want it
