Re: Malleable Implanted (Tactra 27X13)
Hi have you discussed the erosion problem in malleable with your doctor? What your doctor says about erosion in malleable?? My center of excellence doctor's exact words when I sent a DM about malleable erosion: "Malleables are a good option, however, the risk of erosion varies for each patient...

Re: Malleable Implanted (Tactra 27X13)
For a 27cm long rod, 2 mm reduction in each side will lead to a 20 cc loss in rigid volume.
Axial rigidity is also lost by diameter undersizing. Lower diameter rods buckle with less force.
I like the idea of Dr. Perito from one of his MTP episodes - size aggressively but not oversize.

Not sure if it leads to fewer post-op complaints and benefits the surgeon. Sizing enthusiasts, however, will be deeply upset. I agree. I thi...

I also had a hunch about routine undersizing of rod diameters (11 mm instead of 13 mm in 99% of Indian YouTube surgery videos). Not sure if it leads to fewer post-op pain complaints and benefits the surgeon that way with less ...

No fancy hospital. Outpatient center. Just a room inside a urology clinic.

Re: Does Name Brand Surgeon Matter?
Here's an example for AMS 700 center of excellence surgeon. I would only start with the ones with COE seal as they do a minimum of 25-30 AMS 700s per year.

Floridaspeedo, that's awesome! I read somewhere that the speed of absorption also depends on individual fat metabolism. How much did these three fills cost you?
