The deflation button is on the long side, behind the button is the other long side and can be thought if as front and back. The shortest sides of the block are the “sides” of the block.
I will be trying these methods.

I read many topics and replies before I decided to post. Consensus seems to be, the process will get easier. I suppose I should have waited, but didn’t realize I would get this sore. I don’t know if I’m causing any harm by keeping a partially inflated penis, until I get it deflated.
