I have been using trimix for a few years and have developed a left curve, I plan to get the implant in a few months, my question, will the implant take away the curve?

I have a noticeable left curve, is there anything I can do?

59, on trimix and pills, really considering the implant option, it seems I worry so much anymore I can’t relax and have sex. My natural erection is downward now and somewhat a left curve also, how long will I be down? I am an active weightlifter.
