Re: Injections losing effectiveness after only 5 months; question about increasing amount in such a short period of time
Update:: I increased my dose by a small amount (my dose was always really small so I went from from .9 to 1.2) and it's working much better like it did before. Only concern there is wondering if the need for a dose increase is an indicator of building up scar tissue. But glad to be back in business ...

Re: Injections losing effectiveness after only 5 months; question about increasing amount in such a short period of time
I pre-load 10 injections at a time. I only use them about once every 10 days. I simply take out a syringe and lay it on the counter and while I used the VED for plumping up for the shot, the syringe basically thaws in that time, if not I roll it between my fingers until liquid. It goes in cold! Tha...

...I keep my vials frozen, but I defrost with warm/hot water prior to filling the syringe. Could that have diminishing results/impact on the alprostadil? Is there a better approach to thawing?... In your case I wouldn't have any idea if that has negatively affected your meds. However, I wouldn't us...

Re: Injections losing effectiveness after only 5 months; question about increasing amount in such a short period of time
The alprostadil is more fragile than the other components and will degrade if not frozen. I had a follow-up thought/question. I keep my vials frozen, but I defrost with warm/hot water prior to filling the syringe. Could that have diminishing results/impact on the alprostadil? Is there a better appr...

Re: Trimix second trail results
If you would be so kind, I would greatly appreciate a copy of the ... Pharmacy PDF that you mentioned here. I'm happy to report that Paul, the site administrator, has hosted the PDF and posted a link here: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=25392 The pharmacy that originally c...

Thanks for your reply! I keep the vials frozen. I guess I will experiment with an increase and will go slowly. Just a little surprised since only .1 ml was very effective only until recently.

Re: Trimix second trail results
It worked. I was able to download and save. Thank you very much! Good, I'm glad it worked. I sent it to Paul, the administrator too, but I sent him the big version first, which was too big. I then sent him the smaller file but I don't think he noticed the email. Oh well! Hi bldoink, If you would be...

Injections losing effectiveness after only 5 months; question about increasing amount in such a short period of time....
Hey all, I’m about 5 months into my journey with Trimix. It took about 4-6 weeks to get the hang of it with an autoinjector and being semierect. I use a VERY small dose for psychogenic ED (10/30/1 at 1 unit), which I found to be effective with an 80 to 90% erection; however, recently I’ve noticed th...

Re: Making peace with Trimix for psychogenic ED...
Injections created too much scar tissue for me over time, as a result of which my corpora lost the elasticity required to expand enough to press closed the veins draining the penis to “lock in” the blood to maintain the erection. In other words, it created a “venous leak.” That really sucks. I'm so...

A lot of what you're saying makes sense. I have tried weed and sex for novelty and occasionally use it recreationally and I enjoy it. I'm curious how Trimix was a disaster for you? Once I figured out my dose and technique, it's been physically great. I just tend to struggle a bit with my headspace s...
