I am having very similar symptoms. Doc and I suspect it's a nerve irritation because it fits a lot of the symptoms. Interestingly, feel a bit better when pumped up around 40% or so.

By the way, did this go away for you in the meantime?

Yes, I had a catheter for 1 day at the hospital. Bu everything was fine for about 2 weeks afterwards.
