I tried to pump to the max 2x a day for 1 hour, it took about a year before I could make the full hour. Thats normal for the pump to be hard when the cylinders in your cock are stretched to the same pressure your hand can provide. I use a two handed grip and i can add WAY more pressure on the bulb ...
