How long do Dog Ears Hurt?
Can anyone give guidance on dog ears.
I am almost to 6 weeks post surgery. Dog ears are so tender I can barely touch them and they cause pain to radiate throughout.
Thanks,
JK

Re: Has anyone had early complications that required a revision surgery?
I had concerns ar first with my Dr. Because he is Not a high volume surgeon. He is a good size man and has large hands. In preliminary meetings and him handling my stuff he was not gentle :( I made the decision to move forward and I am currently 23 days post surgery. I had very little swelling but a...

Re: First Cycle Post implant
Madecov, Thanks for the reply, I see in your signature you had 2 revisions :o I am curious as to why. This being my first implant and I believe (based on posts I've read) that my first few weeks were a bit rougher than average, I wouldn't look forward to having to replace. PS: I cycled this morning ...

That was certainly interesting! My Dr. has hands and fingers as big as Man Mountin Dean! I'm 27 days post surgery and still a few pains and sensitivity but Doc says I am doing good, secures a grip on my scrotum, finds the pump and up he pumps , I'm now hard as a rock, he locates the release button s...

Re: Dog ears hurt
I have a CX. Early on I felt/found a dog ear on my right side. It hurt like hell the first time I touched it. Now, I can still find it & no pain at all. So in my experience the dog ears will calm down. I did best with a hot pad between my legs at night for the first month. Also give Ibuprofin a...

Re: Dog ears hurt
Day 21, still dealing with dog ears pain and pain in suture area.
Ice calms it down nicely bur once I get up and start activity it seems gravity brings pressure and it starts hurting again.
I am noticing that each day seems just a little better but it certainly is moving forward at a snails pace.

Dog ears hurt
I am 19 days post surgery and it was a bit of a rough go.
Still a little pain associated with the incision but the biggest pains come from the dog ears and partial inflation.
Are there any tricks to getting around this?
I don't go back to Dr. for two weeks.
Thanks,
JK
