Mine with Dr Clavell in Houston last month would have cost me $32K without insurance. EID will be the most expensive since you're also paying for use of a clinic/hospital, anesthesiologist, prescriptions, etc in NYC. Hakky (Atlanta) and Clavell (Houston) should cost less.
