But I understand your depression & hope you figure it out. My 20s were spent avoiding sex but too horny to not let it get there & try again & even having full on relationships with it not working. Eventually pills helped for awhile once a Dr finally believed me then injections really worked for a bit. Have you tried injections? I was just implanted 3 weeks ago tho & it's amazing. I just had my 1st real sex last night. I'm pretty sure they put the cylinders into the glans now (I know mine are) which would rectify the glans issue if I'm not mistaken. But I am grateful I was able to do this & I'm certain you have options so go see a urologist dude! I know the feelings you're having & am grateful I don't have them anymore but would like you to get there too. I often think how shitty life would have been in the 1800s with this condition & no fixes. Think I would have been an outlaw or serial killer lol. Good luck brother

What was the cause of your ED? Was it physical or mental? Could you get hard masturbating alone?

Nope can't get hard masterbating, it's physical(arterial insufficiency)

If I were you, I would definitely try the injections first. I had really bad performance anxiety (still do with new partners) and was on injections in my 20s! I used them many many times until the pills came out. Injections are much more potent and fail proof than pills IMO. And once you get the hang of it, injecting is pretty easy.
I would try that first and if that doesn't work, I'm betting an implant would. Injections are a relatively easy thing to try out. Just visit a urologist.

Thanks man that's my next move

People don't really like recommending or using the injections because of the possible side effects, fibrosis/scare tissue problem. But if nothing is working for you right now then you should try injections, you're very suicidal, so why not try every avenue possible. Injections worked at first for me and was amazing. Just please make sure you do enough research on the injection site and the importance of that. It's not painful or anything, but of course injecting into the penis can be quite scary, but you will get used to it.

SC, reading your posts I got to the conclusion that you've ultimately crossed out implant as a good option due to having soft glans. I know a few guys who are dealing with it, there's couple of implanted guys and also sufferers of Hard Flaccid or Peyronies (both conditions may contribute to this) and believe me, once again, it is NOT a dealbreaker in bed. I'm also dealing with it so I did my fair part of research, unfortunately can't tell you from my own experiences as ever since I got ED I wasn't fuckin'. And there are also solutions to that such as cockring (with VED before or not), Cialis or these urethral creams.

I remember one guy here on these forums said something that stuck with me ever since. It's a rough saying but it was something along these lines - "Suicide is always there". Why not use pretty much everything to battle this condition, what else have we got left? If pills failed, move onto injections. U don't like it, and other regenerative therapies have failed? Then an implant is the option. U don't have the money for that and become suicidal due to that? Then everytime you wake up ask yourself - is my whole life worth less than these 25 grand or so for the surgery?
I completely understand how you guys feel cause I'm in the same position. There's one thing we've got in common which is ED, and there should be another - our mindsets set to WE CAN"T GIVE UP type of thinking. Remember, sharing your story which turns out positively may save a lot of people who will deal with the same shit in the days to come...And I bet ED is just gonna get more and more common these days....

Well said. People need to realise they are not alone, and someone will always be worse off then them, for example as we speak someone is probably getting their penis amputated, so yes we have ED but we're lucky we can still try something to fix it. I'm not saying he shouldn't be suicidal or angry because someone is worse off than him, but we're not at the end of the line yet. Implant is an option, yes a last resort, but I've yet to see someone regret an implant. I've only ever been told, "I regret one thing with the implant, that's not getting it sooner".

Man It sucks that you need to pay for your implant in Poland, in the UK it's free on the NHS, but the wait time is pretty long, 10 months to a year (Maybe sooner for what ever reason). I hope you make the money soon and feel better with your implant.

Actually I believe I could get it done for free if all imagining and all exams pointed to ED, you've got NHS we've got NFZ.
However I wanna have it done in US by dr Hakky. He was my first choice and I believe these first choices are always the best choices :D And they say initial implantation is the most important, hence why I wanna go with whom I consider the best.
But it's still a long way to go. I would never forgive myself for jumping into implant before trying everything else, and there's just so much to try and so much on the horizon for neurogenic ED. I'll most likely consider the operation if everything else fails within, let's say, 2 to 3 years.

Oh wow, I've heard a lot about Dr. Hakky. Travelling to America then having the operation private and coming back will cost A LOT, which I'm sure you're aware. You can't put a price on having the best opportunity when it comes to an implant. Hoping something new comes out, but we will see. I'm still on injections and hoping they last a while before an implant if my only option.
