I’m super suicidal

I’m 26 rn. I got this issue after jelqing when I was 20. It only got worse. Recently I’ve gone all numb down there. I’m super suicidal. I can’t do anything. I have no jobs no money rn to get the implant and don’t know how long it takes to be able to have it with insurance. The thing that mostly concerns me is the sensation. I’m afraid I will never be able to feel that pleasure even after getting the implant. I’m afraid nerve damage

I’ll repeat what the previous poster said. If you’re suicidal, call 988 if you’re in the US or 911 for transport to an emergency room.

At this point don’t sweat lack of insurance or money for doctor bills. An emergency room is required to do whatever procedures are needed to stabilize you. If that’s a psychiatric admit, so be it. For all the complaints about our system of medical care it’s hard to beat in a crisis.

I would be concerned but not without hope about your nerves. They have a way, over time, to find new pathways and connections and will attempt to restore the body to functional.

Due to some bad parachute landings in the Army, being a dumbass in the gym, and a host of other stupid shit I have no unruptured disks in my back below T7T8. The pain doctors would go in and kill nerves periodically to keep me from walking around shaped like a question mark. After a month or 6 weeks, guess what? The nerves they’d killed came back to life and it would hurt like hell.

I’m not sure how much damage a guy can do by pulling on his pecker. It’s not like you sat on the back of a pickup truck and used your dick to tow a trailer.

Anything we say and do right now is irrelevant. First priority is get you safe. Once the idea of suicide loses its appeal, we need to think about job, with money coming in and maybe insurance. Before we give up hope we really need to know what dick doctors think about the situation.

If they are now able to transplant a penis onto a soldier whose dick got blown off his body by an IED in Iraq, I suspect that nerve repair due to jerk-q-ing will be a picnic in the park.
