Re: Is it too late?
Here's my two cents worth........
I personally think it is not too late as I feel there are many options available to you and you have to do a lot of experimenting to find out what is right for you. Try not to compare yourself to some perceived norm.
Once diagnosed with PCa, I was put on Jalyn to prevent the prostate from becoming irritated by the cancer and everything else I had going on. It worked well to keep me comfortable, urinate easily, and not have continuing inflammations. However, it prevented me from having an erection or at least one that could be used for anything. I was on this medication for about a year and a half so not having erections after surgery was not a huge revelation to me, to say the least! Now, cancer free, Jalyn is gone, and I am concentrating on dealing with the initial incontinence and ED. I know you can work through all of this with the support here and the use of tools available.

Re: Is it too late?
I take cialis 20mg average twice a week and self-stimulate.My next step is Trimix. The thing is that I don't want to pressure my wife into having sex but want to be ready when she is.She is having a hard time mentaly dealing with her going through surgery and radiation. Has any one here taken Trimix just for the therapy not for intercourse?
Re: Is it too late?
Not JUST for therapy, but certainly in addition to intercourse. Like most men, my sexual appetite--even in my dotage--far exceeds that of my bride. It is what it is.

Grib?? Is that a play on words... grip + rub... or just a funny typing error???
