Moving past the denial phase...

Hello,
I made a rather unfortunately dramatic post about a month ago where I talked about suicide in regards to my ED and potentially getting an implant to have a satisfying sex life. My apologies.
I am starting to move out of the denial phase, owning this situation and trying to take the best course of (Suicide-free) action moving forward.
I want to throw a few questions out there; I'm sure a lot of these have been answered but I have spent 200 hours on the internet on the topic in the past month so I am just simply sick of spending time browsing the internet in a panic. Feel free to chime in and answer particular questions that you feel you can answer best.
What brand implant do you have? Who is team Titan, AMS, etc... Pros and cons of each if you know of any? What would you do differently if you could do it over again?
How long is recovery and how long before you could have sex again? Is the sensitivity really still there to a highly satisfying degree? Is spontaneity of erections and manual pumping really the only difference?
As far as pre-op preparation, I have heard a lot of you all discuss a VED. Is there anything else you would recommend? Manual physical therapy? Supplements?
I am looking for valuable information, if you have any other knowledge to offer, let me know.
Lastly, I am currently working with Dr. Michael Granieri in Memphis. We haven't discussed an implant yet. I like his track record and he specializes in reconstructive surgery. What questions should I ask him if the conversation moves to implant?
