I feel like giving up.

I’m 28 years old I have ZERO motivation to do anything because of my problem. I’ve had penile venous leakage since I was a teen, but it wasn’t as bad as it is now. Back then I was able to have great sex! Even into my early twenties the problems were minimum. Now it’s horrible and I do not want to get a Penile implant. Cialis works, but it’s been unreliable meaning it works sometimes, And by it working sometimes makes it hard to sustain a decent relationship. Having a high sex drive, and a decent size penis that doesn’t work is super depressing. After my last failed relationship I just stopped trying. I don’t take care of my self anymore because I don’t see the point in it. I stopped working out, stopped buying clothes, stopped going to the barber. I just stay in the house and play video games, read books, and go to work. I cut off all my friends and got a dog.
I just want to find a wife and be loved honestly. I have no problems meeting women and dating them, but my penis makes me insecure, because i know we will get to that point when we will have sex and I already know that my penis won’t be able to stay hard, so lately I’ve been avoiding women.
Life just fucking sucks. I’m trying to find happiness in other things in life but it’s hard... I really feel like there’s a curse on me.
Side note: I’ve been to two different urologist they’ve both confirmed my Penile venous leakage with a Doppler scanner.

Why do you not want to get an implant? Have you tried injections? They are the next step up from pills and will give you a RAGING hard-on for more than an hour.
Life is what it is man. The ED disease we have is very treatable with modern medicine and while you will not ever be 18 again, you can still have a very happy life with a wife who loves you if you'll get yourself treated and get out of your rut. I would recommend asking your doc to try injections if you're not mentally ready for the implant. You may not like the thought of injecting there, but I bet the excellent boner you get from injecting will convince you otherwise.

At 46 I felt just like you, I was too young for a implant. I wished I had done it sooner. My op date is Mar 23 and SO looking forward to it... Do it now while you still have young long junk- it does't get better, it gets worse. The folks on these pages have changed my thinking, Go Man go- do it sooner rather then later.
good luck we are with you.

I am 23 years old and I am in a similar situation to yours, my penis allowed me to have many good relationships until my age a year ago, but in my forties everything seems to change and get worse, I have tried daily cialis with viagra and even so I did not achieve keep the erection, I have the support of my girlfriend to solve this but I know how you feel and where you are, it's like hell ... Even so I can assume that there is some hope even if it is minimal ... you should fight the state mental state you are in, then try things at the same time, a good diet (strawberries, samdias, nuts etc etc) take daily cialis, use viagra and look for something

Same here, only I have no job and am/was an alcoholic due to the hopelessness.
Wallowing in self pity makes it worse though. I do exactly that, but I'm aware of it and hate myself for it.
Get an implant. Nothing else for it. Just gets worse with the wait.
I find things get better when I go to the gym, try to self improve and so on. Getting over the interia is hard sometimes, depending on level of depression, pessimism. The sheer stupidity of the current world doesn't help.
Try and take baby steps in the right direction. Bitesize chunks.

It sounds like you are suffering from depression.
If you can seek out counseling/therapy (possibly medication) to treat your depression your outlook and motivation about everything else may change.
There is NO WAY to know how this will all turn out. But unless you take some action to move towards getting better you will likey stay stuck.
Get unstuck. It will be worth it.

Don't give up. Get the implant. You have a solution to get out of your depressed mind state and enjoy your life. Take it.

Don't give up! I wonder won't they be able to fix the leakage by embolization or any other method? Sclerotherapy maybe?
I think I may also have a mild venous leakage due to an older injury, but am not completely certain.
Do you notice any improvements in erectile quality based on if you are standing upright or not? Would a leakage have such an effect? Because I do kind of notice better erections when I'm not in an upright position.

I have often heard of those with venous leak having better erections in some positions compared to others.
Perhaps it is due to the effects of gravity alone?
Regardless, I have heard of such phenomenon time and again.
