Better off dead?

My life has hit the skids 3+ years ago. I had a good job that I enjoyed. Was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Had chemo treatments and had complications. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, lost my job and ED started to effect me. Surgery to remove my bladder and prostate, now have an urostomy bag and hate it! Other diversion options are less appealing. Started working part time after was cleared to work. Now working a full time job, but only a glorified cashier. Apply for jobs similar to my old job and get first interviews but nothing else. I am just a failure, miss being a real person. I am a waste of life. I hate where my life is and just wish I could quit life.

You have indeed had a few pretty lousy years. I can certainly empathize with your situation. I'm not remotely qualified to give you any professional advice. While I've had my own health challenges they don't as yet compare to yours, and hopefully won't, although there is a fair likelihood they will at some point.
I will pray for you, that you will find meaning and peace. In your current job you have the opportunity to interact with other people which can be both pleasant and not so much. Perhaps you can take it as a challenge to brighten the day of those you interact with, and brighten your day as a result. You are still loved by God, if not by those close to you. Perhaps you can reflect God's love to others. Those who love God will love you as well. Those people are around you and probably closer than you know. There's a reason you're at your current position. Don't miss an opportunity to fulfill that purpose so be attentive, be listening, and pass on kindness and a good word to customers and to your co-workers. When applying for a job you desire, reflect a positive attitude and do research on the company, if you aren't already doing so, before your interview. Asking questions about something you now know about the company will show your interest in them and being a part of it.
I can easily understand your current state of discouragement. However you are not a failure if you fulfill God's current purpose for you, whatever that may be, even though you may not know in this life. Trust and believe He will guide you to that purpose and have faith He will give you what you need to fulfill it. Wonder at God's creation. Feel His love for you. You are not a waste. You are loved and you have purpose. Send me a PM if you like.

It's certainly a shitty situation where you are in your life right now. But brother can and must work to improve your situation, many others cannot do anything (AIDS, CANCER IN COMPLEX ORGANS, HEART PROBLEMS, TERMINAL DISEASES) where there is only one option and that is to wait for a fucking miracle of God.
I have a shitty penis in a HIPERSEXUALIZED country (COLOMBIA) with the most beautiful women in the world in every sense and even so I cling to something, I don't have the financial muscle to acquire the "solution" but still I continue to fight against all diagnoses. YOU CAN BRO, PUT THE FUCKING GOAL IN YOUR FOCUS AND GO TO FULFILL IT ..POSDATA (I ALSO HAD TO SEE THE WOMAN WHO "LOVED ME " CHANGE ME FOR ANOTHER POWERFUL MAN. AND HERE I STILL!
