I'm sick of going through ED.

I've tried to chance my diet, workout, took vitamin D tables, cialis 5mg isn't having much of an effect.
I've given up porn.

I really tried everything naturally but nothing no longer helps and it sucks. My libido has now completely gone, I get no morning wood, and my erections with my girl are strong semis.

Its so frustrating. 28 and having to go through this in what should he my prime years. I've ruled out so many things yet it continues...

I don't know what to do anymore. I just want to give up...

I'd recommend to go see a doctor and get it sorted out! Go as far as you need to go, if injections work and you're happy with them then great if not go for the implant!

You have been robbed. Now fight to make things right.

Confused by your quote at the bottom. You had an implant for 12 years that you use?

My ED problems started about your age. Probably caused by either adult circumcision or hair loss medication. A few embarrassing sexual failures with different girls led my to become withdrawn and depressed. I stopped wanting to go out and socialize because I didn't want to feel that embarrassment again. It took a few years before I sought medical help. Pills helped me have reliable sex again. I started dating and had a couple girlfriends. Pills lost effectiveness and the side effects became annoying so I moved to injections. They work great even if they're not very convenient. Now I have the most gorgeous girl I've ever been with, she know about my ED problem and my injections and she's fine with it.

There are solutions out there for you that will lead to happier times. You just have to have enough fight in you to find them instead of giving up. Yeah it's not "fair" but there are many worse medical problems that many people have that probably feel even less fair. At least there are solutions to your problem.

How bad was your ED?

Right now I experience no morning wood, even with 5mg cialis. I'm extremely worried I may have Venous Leak?

There are several young men on here who've had implants installed recently and are loving life again. So, why are you not following their lead?
