I dreamed I woke up with a nice solid reliable erection and confidently initiated sex with my girlfriend who was sleeping next to me. She commented one how big I was and how hard it was. I thought I WAS CURED!

Then I woke up and remembered I can't do that sort of thing anymore. I really miss it. I do get temporary erections occasionally but they vanish within seconds. They just dont stick around. The best ones are the ones I sometimes wake up with, but even those die before I could initiate any sex. I'm thankful injections work for me but I still hate not functioning normally and lacking all spontaneity.

not dismissing your position but i miss those days as well. but in my opinion, FUCK spontaneity. i use injections too. i may have to plan what day i have sex, but its a plan that both us make and we both know that we will both get what we need. when that injection goes in, I KNOW that i will please my wife beyond belief and that makes up for any at the moment sex. if someone is important enough they will understand and if they lack that understanding then they are not worth it. IMO planned sex is way better than spontaneous any day of the week.
