severe body fibrosis

I have fibrosis in the proximal area of the penis and a lot of esteechez too. I have ed and I don't even know if I can get an implant. The doctor referred me to Viagra and antifibrotics but I really don't know if I will solve this or if I will stay like this forever. Maybe I'll use my fingers. I still have a little erections but they are weak and painful even with Viagra. My question is, is there anyone who went through fibrosis and estechez and were they able to place the implant?
