Throbing penis!?

I have a something new and weird. When my penis start to erect it goes up and down every seconds like it throbe all time and lost my erection fast.? Is this happen to anyone before and how can i deal with it.? Iam 30 years old and not married yet

Have you tried pills or injections?
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

The throbbing is normal, this is just from your heart pumping blood into your penis. It is throbbing to the rhythm of your heartbeat. Can you try Viagra and see if that works better for you? Or Cialis 20mg?
