Multiple Orgasms for men and for wormen?

In 2022 I started using Trimix with good success.

Part of the reason for using Trimix is that I struggled with PE (Premature Ejaculation). I would ejaculate within a minute or less.
It was such a problem that my wife no longer wanted sex, with me.
Using Trimix I am erect from the start of foreplay till well past the end of sex. In most cases 1-2 hours.

I would still ejaculate fairly quickly but I found that most of the time I felt more engaged after ejaculation. I continue thrusting even more engaged until my wife orgasms. Most of the time when she orgasms, I feel like I have a second full-body orgasm myself that feels quite powerful. I usually ask her if she has had enough. At that point, she's done. The actual PIV sex lasts 10-12 minutes.

When I first started using Trimix she complained that I ran out of sexual energy when I ejaculated. I was perplexed since I felt often more energized after I ejaculated. After a year of using Trimix, she doesn't say this anymore.

What is somewhat more perplexing to me, she seems to be a one-and-done type of gal. Which I find (a bit) strange. I thought women were capable of multiple o's. However, I wonder if this is conditioning from never having a guy last long enough for a second orgasm.

So my question is two-fold:
Do you guys that use Trimix (or implanted) continue sex after your initial ejaculation? And if so do you feel like you can orgasm more than once in a session?
Second, because you are using Trimix or implanted, does your wife/partner now desire multiple o's.

My wife does have multiple orgasms, and I try to make sure she has two or more every time. Sometimes I can bring her into back-to-back mini orgasms that lead into one huge wet orgasm. This started since we began using the swing.
I have been able to continue after ejaculating, but usually need a few seconds to allow the sensitivity to ease off. On a rare occasion I have ejaculated twice in one session. That is usually after no sex for a couple of weeks, which rarely happens unless one of us been sick.

Most women seem capable of multiple orgasms.
I've had a few that said they couldn't, but I showed them they could. LOL
Some may have physical problems that preclude extended sex, and I'm sure there really are those who don't enjoy continuing after the first.
I usually take long enough to cum that they're done once I get there, but I certainly can continue afterwards.
Rarely I've had multiples, but generally with a girl who is either extremely hot, or extremely enthusiastic about sex.
