There are several great possibilities. I got mine about three years ago, and it isn’t pictured on the amazon site anymore. Mine has nine suck modes and nine rotation modes. It doesn’t literally jack off like you would with your own hand, but it gets the job done quite nicely. I have two. A cheap one from Amazon for about $40 that vibrates and alternates sucking and releasing. Sounds great but is short and so my dick keeps bottoming out and hitting the end. Not great. I can’t recommend it.
