When I told my wife I was going for an implant and explained it to her she said, sex was no longer important to her so why bother? We were not having any kind of quality sexual relationship for several years at that point but I explained things could get way better for us. She was carful at that point but as things turned out, we both got our wishes granted. When a man no longer gets hard it’s devastating to his core.
