Every so often I lay on my back with my dick fully inflated and I look at it pointing up towards the ceiling, full and hard, and I think to myself "Damn! That is one manly dick!" ;)

David, what is your length and girth? I’m pretty small (5.5” x4.75”) and I like looking at it standing at attention, too!

I think for those of us who had to endure ED, just seeing yourself with a hard dick again, regardless of its size, is pure joy.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Did you have to change the type and style of underwear after you got your implant? If so what was most comfortable? Why did you need to change? Was you dick much bigger.

Support issues?
