For you guys who had precum before your prostate was removed, do you still have precum without a prostate? I do, not as much as before my prostate was removed -- I had lots of precum back in those days -- but still enough to enjoy.

(I know that precum is produced by other organs rather than the prostate, but I was just curious.)

Yes i still do - like you said, not as much but still enough to enjoy !!

I am not sure how that is possible but pictures would prove me wrong..

I don't get enough to even talk about but enough to make we wash off later... (a few drops)

Dave, I’m in exactly the same boat as you are. I used to make lots and loved it. Now just a little, and now I have “post cum”. Pre cum is made by the Cowper’s glands and the prostate. So if your Cowper’s glands were left intact you can still generate some pre cum.

Just an FYI that is a little off topic but may be off interest...

When I was young, I used to spew precum. I had a lot of it. Then, as I aged, it slacked off to the point where I didn't have so much anymore. I missed it because not only was it visually provocative, but I can feel the precum moving through my urethra, almost like a slow motion ejaculation. I've always enjoyed that sensation.

In the last year, I had some new ED problems and I began to experiment and research.

Here are my research findings:
> Semen - "Fluids contributed by the seminal vesicles are approximately 60 percent of the total semen volume; these fluids contain fructose, amino acids, citric acid, phosphorus, potassium, and hormones known as prostaglandins."
> Semen - 40 percent of what we produce comes from the prostate gland.
> Semen - is about 40% fructose.

Here are my experimental findings:
> I started eating more sugar (sucrose). This produced semen faster than I had otherwise been producing it. This also produced more precum.
> But sucrose is not very good for us, plus it causes me to gain weight, so I switched to honey (mostly fructose) and fruits.
> With no weight gain problems, I now produce semen at an accelerated rate, and produce precum almost like I did as a teenager.

My wife and I can make love for hours and I will drip precum for the entire time. It's almost too much, as it ends up on the sheets, pillows, and the floor, but I can't shut it off and don't want to. My wife likes to see and feel me dripping precum, so it's a win-win for both of us.

I had my pc surgery 14 years ago. After it I no longer made pre. Last year I had a cystoscope. After it I began making pre cum. It’s just a little few drops but it’s been nice to ooze something. I found it weird but am not complaining. Any body have similar experience.

While I still have my prostate, I haven't produced more than a single teaspoon of precum in my entire life. I always enjoy guys who do, and yes, I am jealous!

I have a related question for all. A number of years ago while I was in my 40's, I suffered a brief stress related breakdown without the need for treatment other than a couple of counseling sessions, in other words, no medications. During the month of so following, whenever I would "spoon" behind my wife in bed, my precum would start flowing like a river without sexual stimulation??? It had never happened before nor since. Never understood the cause. Has anyone else ever experienced or heard of something similar??? Thanks and Stay Healthy
