Whats Your Idea for New Members

I found the site by accident, its not generally available when desperate ed searches are made. Not sure how to populate a choice is done ?

Gallery all in one place of before and after photos as well as progress photos.

Separate gallery of IPP's and MPP's sine there is an increased interest in both.

Great idea, doctors and where they are located and are centers of excellence, as well as overseas as there are so many from other countries and ask that very question.

A dedicated section or subgroup for malleable penile implants, for streamlining the search and threads for malleable specific info and making it easier for newcomers.

The problem with any of this is members usually come, get information they are looking for, then hardly ever return. In the five years I've been coming to FT there are numerous guys who have registered, got some answers, and have never come back. Several guys I've interacted with who ended up getting an implant are no longer active here.
So, I am not sure how to retain or recruit members. FT is an excellent source of information for guys suffering with ED and hope it becomes the go to place to learn. I didn't find FT until 5 months after being implanted and learned about it from the pharmacy where I had been getting my Trimix. Most guys don't talk about their ED issues, so word of mouth isn't the best option. Making FT easier to find on a web search about ED or men's sexual issues could help.
