I only have experience with one masturbation sleeve type toy, I got a Tenga Flip Zero EV. I’ve had it about a year I think and haven’t felt the need to look for another. It feels fantastic, has 4 vibration modes that can push me over the edge. It expands to accommodate any girth and you can vary the tightness by how you hold it while stroking/thrusting. The charge lasts for weeks. Charges via a USB station provided. It opens like a clamshell so it’s super easy to clean out. Just rinse it under the sink. Only downside is that it’s a bit pricey. It’s around $180 - $200 but it’s been cheap per orgasm LOL.

I like the aneros prostate toy as well. Mine doesn’t vibrate but it adds to everything else.

Search eBay or Amazon for male masturbators, there's a ton of them. Price wise they go from $5 up to the hundreds, even saw one that was $2,000. My advice is look for a rotating or thrusting model, sleeves and vibrator types mean your hand is the motor. The one above is great, lube up, slip in, relax and push buttons. It rotates and thrusts in multiple patterns in 3 different speeds making your penis feel good. It gets me off every time.
