I don't remember having sexual dreams since RP 17 years a go. I would say 'Wet dreams', but since there is no longer semen maybe that is why. Just wondering if it is just me?

Dreams for me were always maybe I'd remember them, mostly not. Always seemed to remember sexual dreams though because I'd wake up hard. They slowed down a lot as I passed birthdays. ED about made them quit. After getting implanted I started having sexual dreams again, not as many as a young man, but I'll wake up feeling like I have an erection with a small amount of pre-cum in my underwear.

Before your prostatectomy, what was your wet dream (orgasmic dream or sexual dream) frequency? Immediately before and years before?

Dreams are funny things. Sometimes they are prompted by physical sensations. I have had dreams where sounds have been incorporated into the dream. It would make sense that a nocturnal erection might generate a sexual dream, perhaps culminating is orgasm (with or without semen). Do you get nocturnal erections?

I did have orgasmic and sexual dreams before, maybe every couple of months.
I do not have any type of nocturnal erections now. I do get some extra tumescence when I get aroused.

I don't get many erections at night any longer and I haven't had a wet dream in a while. But I still, from time to time, have a sexually based dream most often about a friend. As with most dreams, they can be weird but I do like them when I have them. Getting old I guess.

Woke up this morning with a bit of pre-cum on the tip of my penis and onto my underwear. I also felt like I was erect. Fell back to sleep. Wish I could remember what the heck I was dreaming!

You know what would REALLY be nice? Lucid dreaming. Dreams where you know you are dreaming and you can also direct the narrative. I takes work to learn how (I have not mastered the art.), but reliable testimony indicates it is possible.

It's on my bucket list of skills to master. Sight-reading for piano, slide quitar (my fretting hand is in a splint for the next month), etc.

I have sexual dreams often, likely because my wife enjoys teasing me to no end. Every now and then I have a dream that results in orgasm, maybe twice a year at most. I actually love those dreams and wish I could make them happen on demand.

Investigate "Lucid Dreaming".

I’m traveling right now and in a hotel. This morning i woke up in that semi dream state visualizing sex with the girlfriend. So, i rubbed one out.

The great part is that i haven’t used my implanted dick for sex in awhile. Only cycling. I was pleased to note the profound return of sensation after months of increasingly improving sensation and return from being numb down below.

Told the GF. She was pleased.
