Thanks Jim, for the suggestion to create an introductions spot. It can feel a bit safer when you're new to say hi to the guys here, rather than post among ED questions.
When some new guy posts, remember how you felt when you first came here...it can be a relief and a bit scary all at the same time. You guys are the greatest.
